To solve this problem, it is necessary to give ears periodic breaks from music by removing headphones or reducing exposure to loud environments. This allows ears to rest and recover from prolonged sound exposure.
In conclusion, I firmly believe that listening to music plays a significant role in teenagers' lives because it provides numerous benefits. Music has the power to evoke emotions, uplift moods, and serve as a form of self-expression.
