Hello Dinara, I’ve found two photos for our project and I’d like to discuss them with you. 

In the first picture there are two elderly people cycling outdoors. The second picture depicts an erderly man who is playing the guitar in a park. Both photos are relevant for our project because they both show different ways of keeping young for the elderly people. The key difference is that in the first picture the elderly people are keeping youth through sports, while in the second picture youth is maintained through creative activities. 

I believe that the two ways of keeping young for the elderly people presented in the pictures have their advantages and disadvantages. Regular physical exercise can improve overall fitness, endurance, and cardiovascular health, but elderly individuals may have an increased risk of sustaining injuries while participating in physical exercises. On the other hand, playing the guitar promotes the development of cognitive skills, memory, and concentration as elderly individuals need to memorize chords. However, some elderly people may have physical limitations that can make playing the guitar challenging. For instance, limited finger mobility can make playing the instrument difficult. 

By the way, my elderly relatives prefer doing sports to keep young because it not only helps them stay physically active, but it also provides social interaction when they participate in sports clubs.
