It is not a secret that today there are a large number of various requirements for hiring. The aim of my project is to examine what is most important to get a good job in Zetland. I have found a table with some data on this issue. In this essay I am going to comment on my findings.
As can be seen from the table, 34% of the respondents cite objective self-assessment as the most essential prerequisite to get a job in Zetland. The next one is a carefully written CV. It comes in second place with 26%. An optimistic attitude, mentioned by a small minority of applicants (5%), is the least important requirement.
The table also shows that a carefully written CV, which is in second position with 26%, is almost twice as significant as communication skills. This is evident because before inviting for a job interview and assessing communication skills, HR specialists first skim the aplicant's resume.
One problem that can arise with applying for a job is that it can be difficult for people in small towns who struggle to find companies online. This problem can best be solved by using traditional methods like newspapers. By checking newspaper ads, individuals can find phone numbers and contact companies directly to inquire about job openings or request interviews.
In conclusion, I firmly believe that the willingness to learn and improve both soft and hard skills is the most important factor to get a job because the job market is constantly evolving, and employers value candidates who demonstrate a proactive approach to self-improvement.
